A competition app in which you train your own random forest classifier to predict employee attrition!

This app lets users compete in building the best model to predict which employees will leave a fictional company based on various information such as age income, job role, distance from home etc.

Users pick between different variables and tune different hyperparameters to train a random forest classifier.
